KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 9 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said there is a need for the government to relook from a legal point of view into the High Court's decision in favour of Semantan Estate Sdn Bhd in the dispute involving ​​106.5 hectares of land in Mukim Batu.

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 8 — The government has filed an appeal against the High Court's order on the transfer of 263.272 acres (106.542 hectares) of land in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur, to Semantan Estate Sdn Bhd.

PUTRAJAYA, Oct 24 — The Court of Appeal was told the government is negotiating a settlement with Semantan Estate (1952) Sdn Bhd over the dispute involving 106.542 hectares of prime land along Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur.
